R. Roland Jelinek is a professional electric violist/violist, bringing his elegance of artistry to faith-based churches, weddings, parties, corporate events, birthdays, entertainment venues, senior care facilities/assisted living facilities, and more. Known for offering an eclectic variety of music that resonates with all ages, he creates memorable experiences for every occasion.

A native of Los Angeles, Mr. Jelinek holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Viola Performance and and teaching credential in music education and has enjoyed a distinguished career as a symphony principal violist, composer, and music educator. As violist, he has played with prestigious symphonies around the world, including the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, Spoleto Festival Opera Italy, numerous free-lance performances and studio recording sessions throughout California, Texas and Florida.

As a composer and producer, he has created over 350 original works across several genres: orchestral, chamber, electronic, electro-acoustic. His music and performances have been featured internationally, in live concerts, on television and radio broadcasts, and at Colleges and Universities. He has been honored by the prestigious International Luigi Russolo Awards in Electro-Acoustic Music Composition in Italy.
